To qualify for a refund, you MUST meet ALL of the following criteria within the first 30 days of your purchase:

• Provide proof of purchase of PDF Factory.

• Create and launch at least one sales page for a PDF product.

• Either: a) Publish at least 40 organic posts promoting your PDF, or... b) Invest a minimum of $50 in ads to promote your PDF.

• Demonstrate that no sales have been generated despite fulfilling the above conditions.

Refund Request Deadline:

You must submit your refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase. For instance, if you purchased on April 1, 2024, the refund request must be submitted by April 30, 2024. Requests made after the 30-day period will not be considered.

Miscellaneous:

• "You" refers to the original purchaser of PDF Factory.

• All currency references are in US dollars.

• We reserve the right to verify all refund claims.
